Goin' Down

One week has past of my healthy lifestyle choices and so far I have lost 3.5 pounds! I feel like that is a very successful first week. I have also already lost a lot of the cravings. I'm not craving coke at all, and I am already starting to crave sweets less too. Last Monday was my first week of exercising in a long time too and I started with 15 minutes which was hard. Today I did 30 minutes and felt good. It's amazing how quickly your body can adapt!

New Year

I was doing great last year until we moved into a new house. Since then I gained back everything I lost. Not good. I gave myself one week into the New Year, but now I'm back to committed to losing the weight. I started yesterday with exercising and eating well. I'm not going on a "diet" I'm just making healthy lifestyle choices. So I'm back and here we go!
