It's Friday, but I didn't go to the gym today due to the ankle, and baby's diaper rash, and oldest's bike crash injury that he claimed caused a headache. I did however go yesterday and I had met my goal of another 2 pounds then! So that's a total of 12. Two pounds per week for 6 weeks. I'm feeling a bit of a slump right now and I want to eat lots of chocolate, but I'm being good and making myself a salad right now for lunch. Yesterday I tried to run through the ankle pain, but I think I probably just injured it more. After 2 miles I had to stop and my whole leg has been aching since then. So I guess I'll have to take it easy for a couple of days, but that means I better be even more careful about what I eat.
