I've been taking a few days off from the gym to try and let my ankle heal so I didn't do my weigh in yesterday and I hadn't weighed myself all week so I was a little nervous if I had made any progress at all. I decided to go to body sculpt today since I decided I could probably lift weights without hurting my ankle and it was an ok workout, but the good news is I did lose my 2 pounds. I have been going for 7 weeks now and have lost a total of 14 pounds. Only 3 more pounds to go to reach my goal weight for Cancun in two weeks!
