So I've been "gettin' skinny" for 4 weeks now and I've lost 8 pounds. I'm right on my goal and I think it's actually getting easier. I'm not craving sugar as much and I'm feeling stronger and actually enjoying exercising. I jogged 3 miles today in about 30 minutes so I'm also getting faster! I haven't dropped a pant size yet, but I did go one hole in on my belt so that's some success. Only 5 more weeks until Cancun!
